Founded in 2022, Stitching Hearts Foundation emerged from a desire to address pressing health and economic challenges in underserved communities. Over the years, we have developed innovative programs, reaching thousands of individuals through health education, outreach initiatives, and entrepreneurship training, creating a ripple effect of positive change.

Our Mission
To assist people around the world by providing humanitarian services and environmental protection programmes. These programmes include health, education, environment, water and sanitation, humanitarian and disability relief, aid to victims of natural or man-made disasters, poverty alleviation, and support for women’s and children’s rights. The foundation is committed to alleviating human sutterine regardless ot race, colour religion, or cultural background.

To break the vicious cycle of poverty and social isolation and to restore hope for a better future. We believe that every person has the right to access resources and opportunities in order to live and develop with dignity and to become an active and contributing member of our society.

OUR ACHIEVEMENTS
At Stitching Hearts Foundation, we are dedicated to making a tangible difference in the lives of individuals and communities in need. Over the past two years, our team has worked tirelessly to empower, support, and uplift those who face life’s challenges with resilience and grace. We have proudly empowered 78 widows, equipping them with skills and resources to rebuild their lives and gain financial independence. Through our outreach to vulnerable populations, we’ve provided meals to over 400 street kids, bringing hope and nourishment to those who need it most. Recognizing the importance of menstrual hygiene, we have shared over 1,000 sanitary pads, contributing to health, dignity, and education for young women and girls. Our community outreach programs have further allowed us to reach over 200 aged men and women providing critical support, companionship, and love to those in our local areas. These achievements drive our mission forward, and with each step, we are motivated to continue making an impact for a brighter, more inclusive future.
