Stitching Hearts Foundation Champions Menstrual Health at Mount Ephraim High School (30th May, 2025)

WE DID IT AGAIN!

On the occasion of World Menstrual Hygiene Day, Stitching Hearts Foundation took a bold step forward in its mission to empower girls through knowledge and compassion. Our destination this time? Mount Ephraim High School—and the experience was nothing short of transformational.

At the heart of our outreach was a simple but powerful goal: to reach every girl we could find with love, education, and dignity. We engaged the students in honest and open conversations about menstrual hygiene management, busting harmful myths and replacing them with practical, empowering knowledge. From understanding their bodies to knowing how to manage their periods safely and confidently, these young girls walked away better informed and more assured.

But we didn’t stop at words. We took action.
Each girl received a pack of sanitary pads, reaffirming our belief that every girl deserves access to menstrual products and a period-friendly world. By doing so, we’re not just addressing a health need—we’re affirming the right of every girl to go to school, live with confidence, and grow without shame.

This outreach was made possible by the generosity, commitment, and collaborative spirit of our partners, volunteers, and donors. Thank you for standing with us.

Together, we’re creating change—one girl at a time.
